During a course on “Basiswissen Sicherheitspolitik” hosted by the Bundesakademie für Sicherheitspolitik, Helene Pleil gave a presentation on “Gesamtstaatliche Sicherheit im Cyberraum: (Inter-)nationale Rahmenbedingungen und Herausforderungen”. Helene spoke about the evolution of cybersecurity policy and cyber diplomacy and outlined Germany's strategic framework and action options in this context.
