Catherine Schneider (she/her) is a Policy Researcher on the interface AI, focusing on AI and labour markets. Prior to her role at interface, Catherine worked at Mozilla on the technical grant-team and the UN Refugee Agency, where she worked as an Associate Innovation Officer specialising in AI policy and research. At UNHCR, she helped to develop innovative technical projects across the globe, including El Salvador, Lebanon and Jordan, as well as contributed to global strategic guidance around the safe usage of emerging technologies. She holds a MSc from the London School of Economics, where she focused on tech ethics and analysed the use of emerging technologies on refugee communities.
