Lilly Goll
Student Assistant | Digital Rights, Surveillance and Democracy

Lilly Goll supports the project "Digital Rights, Surveillance and Democracy" as a student assistant and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Law and Technology (LLM) as well as Data Science and Society (M.Sc.) at the University of Tilburg. In her research, she particularly focuses on the protection of human rights and democracy at the intersection of law and emerging technology.
Before joining SNV, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law at the University of Groningen and specialized in Technology Law. She gained practical experience through an internship at Europol, and through contributing to a research project on data protection rules governing law enforcement and intelligence data processing, commissioned by the Council of Europe.
